What Is Corporate Housing?

Corporate housing is the premier alternative to a hotel stay. For those that have extended stay needs but are looking for more space, better amenities and a superior "home away from home" than what a hotel or extended stay could ever offer.

Why Not Simply Setup My Own Corporate Unit?

We are able to offer discounted prices due to economies of scale. We know the market and have locations strategically placed in the best spots throughout town, which saves you the time and headaches of researching it yourself (particularly challenging when you're trying to find a place from outside your destination city). We take away the burden of locating and purchasing all the household goods, furniture and appliances. Finally, we will be the one stop local management expert if the unexpected does arise.


How Much Does It Cost?

The obvious is always true; pricing is going to vary based on: what you want, when you want it, where you want it, how long you want it, etc... For those that are looking for something a little more specific I can tell you that we typically have units starting at:

  • 1 bedroom units $68/night and up (minimal deposit)
  • 2 bedroom units $85/night and up (minimal deposit)
  • 3 bedroom units $99/night and up (minimal deposit)

While these prices are often the starting point for our quotes we can sometime under the right circumstances provide cheaper rates for occupants looking for more modest accommodations.

What Are My Payment Options?

We accept Visa, Master Card, company checks, personal checks and consider direct billing for major corporations and insurance companies (in the case of an insurance related claim). We also accept money orders.


What Term Lengths Do You Offer?

Under certain circumstances we will offer 1 month leases, but typically lease terms range from 3 to 13+ months.


Are Pets Allowed?

Dogs and cats and some other animals are allowed in most units. There are typically restrictions for dog breeds and weight limits, but we do have a small select number of communities that will accommodate nearly any dog. Additional deposits and fees do apply.


Will My Unit Have A Washer And Dryer Available?

Alamo Corporate Housing spends a tremendous amount of time in the market identifying the best communities available with the best accommodations at the lowest rates in order to ensure that you get what you deserve. It would be very unusual for us to rent a unit to a customer without full-size washer and dryer in the unit.


Will I Have Internet Service?

If you will be needing internet service we would be happy to provide you with high-speed internet service at no additional charge. Wireless service is also available upon request (typically at no additional charge).


Will I Have Cable TV?

All units come with digital cable service that includes approximately 150 - 250+ channels. This includes approximately 12 HD channels.


What Bills Will I Have To Pay?

You will pay one bill and that is the monthly rate that we charge with no hotel taxes or hidden fees. Electric, gas, water, trash pickup, internet, cable, phone services are all included in the price that you are quoted. We do limit electricity to a certain amount per unit (i.e. $100 per month). If you go over your allotment for electricity you will be charge only for the overage.


What Size Apartments Do You Offer?

We offer 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units. These units vary in size but range from approximately 500 SqFt - over 1,500 SqFt. Most units come with storage space and a garage can often be provided if desired at a minimal monthly fee.


What Type Of Amenities Do You Offer?

Amenities will vary for property to property. However, if you are interested in any particular amenities please inform of your needs and we will do what we can to accommodate. Some of the many amenities that are available to our guests include:
